Dishwasher Repair

One purpose of this blog is to celebrate all the work involved with home ownership. I rented for half my adult life. If an appliance needed a repair during those times I would simply call the landlord. When you own a house and an appliance needs a repair you have three choices: replace the appliance (very expensive), call a repair man (expensive), or try to fix it yourself (cheap).

Our dishwasher needed some minor repairs.

The wheel and runner stopped were broke.

I found a company online the parts I needed so I replaced the broken parts.

A repairman would have cost around $100. Instead I did the repair for $10!
